A workspace is a container for everything related to one product or X account: its monitors, leads, campaigns, drafts, ICP config, tone profile, outbound tracker, and team members.
When you sign up, a default workspace is created for you. You can create additional workspaces as your usage grows.
When to use multiple workspaces
Multiple products — If you’re building or managing more than one product, create a separate workspace per product. Each workspace has its own ICP and tone profile, so the AI learns independently for each.
Multiple X accounts — If you manage X accounts for multiple clients or brands, give each its own workspace. This keeps their monitors, signals, and people completely separate.
Team isolation — If different team members should only see their own campaigns, separate workspaces enforce that naturally.
Creating a workspace
- Click your workspace name in the top-left corner of the dashboard
- Click New workspace
- Enter a name for the workspace
- Complete the ICP and tone profile setup for this workspace

Switching workspaces
Click your workspace name in the top-left corner of any page to open the workspace switcher. Select a workspace to switch to it.
All views (campaigns, monitors, leads, outbound tracker, analytics) immediately reflect the selected workspace.
Workspace-scoped settings
The following settings are specific to each workspace and do not carry over to others:
- ICP configuration — product, industries, keywords, competitors
- Tone profile — writing style, sample posts, formality settings
- Monitors — all discovery rules and the leads they’ve found
- Campaigns and drafts — every campaign, its leads, drafts, and sent DMs
- Outbound tracker — DM threads and pipeline status
- Connected X accounts — which X account this workspace posts from
- Team members — who has access to this workspace
Your user account and billing (credits) are shared across all workspaces.
Renaming or deleting a workspace
Go to Settings within the workspace:
- Rename — updates the workspace name across the UI
- Delete — permanently removes the workspace and all its data
Deleting a workspace deletes all monitors, leads, campaigns, drafts, outbound threads, and settings inside it. This cannot be undone. Export any data you need from the Leads page first.
