Account metrics

Outpulse takes periodic snapshots of your X account’s key metrics so you can track growth over time:
  • Followers — follower count over time
  • Following — accounts you follow over time
  • Tweet count — total tweets posted
  • Listed count — how many public lists your account appears in
These snapshots are taken automatically at regular intervals. The chart shows the trend over your selected date range.

Activity metrics

Outreach activity by day

A bar chart showing how many DMs were sent each day. Use this to:
  • Spot gaps in your outreach (days with no activity)
  • Understand whether your posting schedule is working
  • Track consistency over time

Leads by day

The number of new leads discovered by your monitors each day. Spikes usually indicate:
  • A target account whose audience grew significantly
  • A newly added monitor backfilling its first batch
  • A high-traffic tweet you added as a post-mode source

Monitor performance

Each monitor’s lead count and downstream conversion is shown. Use this to evaluate:
  • Which monitors produce the most leads
  • Which monitors produce leads that convert into replies / closed deals
  • Whether a monitor’s filters need refinement (bio keywords, follower range)

Post engagement

For each post sent through Outpulse, engagement metrics are tracked after 24 hours: Use this data to understand which types of replies get traction and refine your approach.

ROI tracking

The ROI panel compares your Outpulse credit spend to the industry benchmark for Twitter Ads cost-per-engagement. This helps you understand the unit economics of your X outreach vs. paid alternatives. → Credit costs and pricing
