The Leads page is your workspace’s lead database — every post and profile your monitors have found, in one searchable table. Use it to triage prospects before importing them into a campaign, or to export lead lists for use elsewhere. [IMAGE: Screenshot of the Leads page showing the source tabs, filter bar, and lead table]

Two sources

The page has two tabs at the top: Each tab has its own filters and selection state — switching tabs clears your selection.

Filters

Both tabs support:
  • Monitor — narrow to leads from one or more monitors
  • AI score range — min and max (1–10)
  • Status — filter by lead state
  • Search — match against handle, display name, or post content
The Posts tab also exposes a date range filter (last 24h / 7d / 30d / all / custom), since posts are time-bound. Profiles don’t have a date filter because they represent the person, not a moment. Filters are mirrored to the URL — share a link to a filtered view with a teammate and they’ll land on the same query.

Exporting

Click Export in the top-right to download leads as CSV, Markdown, or JSON. Three export scopes: CSV is the easiest scope for handoff to spreadsheets or other CRMs.

How leads get here

Leads are populated automatically by your monitors:
  1. A monitor scans X (followers/following of a target account, or repliers to a tweet)
  2. Each profile is filtered against the monitor’s bio keywords and follower range
  3. Survivors are inserted as MonitorLead rows (visible in the Profiles tab)
  4. Posts that match are inserted as Signal rows (visible in the Posts tab)
  5. AI scoring runs in the background — the score appears once it finishes
You don’t add leads manually. They come from your monitors.

From leads to campaigns

The Leads page is the inspection layer. To actually message anyone, create a Campaign from one or more monitors — that’s where drafts and sends happen. → Campaigns

Selecting and bulk actions

Use the checkboxes on each row to build a selection. The selection persists across pagination within a tab. From there you can:
  • Export selected — download just the chosen rows
  • Clear selection with the Clear action in the selection bar
If you find yourself manually selecting the same kind of leads repeatedly, consider tightening the source monitor’s filters (bio keywords, follower range) so the surface area starts narrower.
