Core concepts
Five concepts give you a complete mental model of Outpulse.Monitor
A monitor is a saved discovery rule. It defines where to look for people on X — either the followers/following of one or more target accounts, or the repliers to a specific tweet — and applies bio keyword and follower filters. Monitors don’t send anything; they produce a pool of profiles. → Create and manage monitorsLead
A lead is a profile (or post) that a monitor discovered. Every lead gets an AI fit score (1–10) based on your ICP. You can browse, filter, and export leads from the Leads page. → LeadsCampaign
A campaign is how you actually message people. You pick monitors as sources, choose an AI score threshold, import the leads, then bulk-generate DM drafts. When you’re ready, click Send — Outpulse paces the batch and delivers each DM within your daily caps. → CampaignsOutbound tracker
Every sent DM appears in the Outbound Tracker (the Inbox tab) with a manual pipeline status. Outpulse doesn’t poll X for inbound replies — you handle conversations natively on X via a one-click deep link. → Outbound trackerCredit
Credits are the unit of usage. The two billable actions are:- AI draft generation — 0.25 credits per draft
- DM send — 5 credits per successful delivery
The sending loop
Account safety
Outpulse is built to protect your X account from being flagged.- Human-like delays between every send — a 50-DM batch is spread across hours, not seconds
- Daily caps enforced automatically per connected account — 30 DMs per day on standard accounts, 15 during warm-up
- Warm-up mode for new or small accounts (under 50 followers, first 14 days) — caps drop to 15 DMs per day, then return to standard once the account ages out
- Schedule windows — sends only happen inside your configured hours and days
- Failed-send protection — DMs that hit a cap or land outside your schedule are deferred, not failed
A note on platform compliance. Outpulse is built for targeted
outreach — not mass messaging. Keep your bio keyword filters tight,
start with AI-curated imports at threshold 7+, and review the first 50
DMs you send before scaling. Reading X’s
Automation Rules
is worth your time.
